Awesome cigar place to be in London. This famous store is located on the cigar mile in St. James. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. This store has the chair where Winston Churchill's used to sit and smoked his cigars. Great experience and a must visit if you're in town !

Amazing lounge, they have a museum and great selection of cigars and accesories. Cheaper cigar its like 10 pounds, you can buy and smoke upstairs. They offer for free water and coffe. Wonderfull experience.

This place never disappoints. The staff at James j Fox are always on point and make the best recommendations. Of course, an added bonus is going downstairs to sit in Winston Churchill's chair.

Went here to purchase and smoke a cigar. They were well aware there were 2 of us but only one smoker yet they failed to mention that each person must have a cigar to go to the smoking area. When the issue came up it was somewhat of an ordeal and it wasn't until they realized that I was going to return my purchase that they agreed to let my friend go into the smoking area. This could have been easily avoided.

Polite staff, good smoking room. Went there to try my first cigar. Guys in the shop suggested Epicure n 2, which I enjoyed.

One of the worst places I have gone to, to smoke a cigar in London. After seeing their videos online they seemed so welcoming, only to find the opposite when I went in. The staff laughed at me when I asked questions regarding cigars. I also had an issue with the cigar so I popped down to have a chat and saw the staff members making eyes and laughing at my issues. Unfortunately they were very pretentious but failed to realise they work in a cigar shop, not own it. You are meant to be there to help, not laugh. The staff in the Selfridges branch are amazing. But avoid this one at all costs.

One of my favourite places to relax and enjoy a cigar. With the iconic window upstairs in the lounge. Also has Winston Churchills old chair which can be visited in the museum with some other old relics of the cigar world. Highly recommend
